Buckle classification

Hook

Its materials are generally derived from PP, NY, POM



Hook buckle is usually used on the side of the shoulder bag, one side is connected with the d ring, and the other is connected by the webbing. Many alloy elements have been added to make the hook stronger. The others are not introduced.

There are two main aspects of the buckle during the test:



One is the tensile test. This test is mainly to detect the bearing capacity of the buckle. It is divided into two steps to complete:



1. Instant pull test, mainly used for buckle, D buckle and sun buckle, to test the strength of the buckle when it suddenly encounters a strong pull.



2. Endurance tensile test. Its main principle is to determine the time value of the buckle when determining the load.



3. As for the buckle, there is also the detection of the number of uses, which is constantly opened and closed to test how many times the buckle will deform.



Tri-directional or multi-directional buckle detection is even more complicated.



The second is the temperature test. This is mainly to test the bearing capacity of the buckle at unconventional temperature. It is divided into two types: high temperature and low temperature.



1.The high temperature is usually set at 70 degrees Celsius



2. The low temperature is usually set at minus 30 degrees. The time is 24 hours and then the change in intensity is tested.



The third is the salt spray test. This test mainly monitors the salinity of the fastener. Some products can only be transported by sea. Long-term operation at sea will affect the quality of the product. This test is also divided into two steps. .



1.Soak the buckle in seawater for 72 hours



2.Place the soaked fastener in the sun for 5-7 days



3. After the test, whether the test intensity has changed much.



There are also some such as acid resistance tests, which can be tested according to different needs and materials. Corresponding metal fasteners must also be tested for rust, corrosion, and chemical resistance. Plastic If the fastener has post-processing products, such as electroplating, water dyeing, oiling and other procedures, it is necessary to further test whether these additional procedures are qualified.



Of course, there are higher standards used in extreme sports such as diving. What UL certification, TS16949 certification, VDA6.0 standard, and EU ROHS standard, RAECH standard, EN-71 standard on baby products are not. General buckle manufacturers can pass.
